Chinatown headed West Bromwich

Chief Pigee Li is the new chairman of the board of directors of West Bromwich Albion`s elite team. Li`s appointment is part of the club`s plans to provide a `closer working relationship` with the main shareholder, Chinese businessman Guchuan Lai, while preparing to take part in the second level of English football.
