Seattle and LA Angels provided another $ 1 million for Otani

Two of the candidates for Shohey Otani in MLB -;Seattle Mariners and Los Angeles Angels have increased by $ 1 million in their international transfers budgets and will thus be able to offer a more adequate bonus for the signature of the Japanese baseball phenomenon.
