Italian Football Federation boss Carlo Taviechi will almost certainly resign tomorrow. Such rumors appeared in several Italian media. So far, the boss refused to leave, despite numerous appeals to him after the Italian national team failed to qualify for the World Cup in Russia. So far, Taviekio has fired the breeder Jampiero Ventura and tried to cast all the blame for the failure on him. In the end, however, public pressure has apparently managed to influence Tavekio, who has decided to take up his post. This is expected to take place tomorrow at the Federal Consul. If he leaves, the election of a new president of the Federation is expected in early 2018.
Tavekio has already lost the support of the C Series, as well as the Association of Footballers. Massimiliano Allegra threatened to leave the Association of Football Coaches if she did not take a stand against Taviekio.
